Position Summary :

The Peacock Host plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. In addition to the current responsibilities outlined in the job description, the Restaurant Host will also :

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and hospitality, adhering to company standards, and seating them promptly.
• Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring a balanced workload for wait staff across all sections.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage telephone inquiries and reservations, utilizing proper phone etiquette and maintaining accurate reservation records.
• Familiarize oneself with the Calabra food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house environment, including the reception area and dining sections.
• Assist in coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, such as coordinating special requests or events.
