Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Project Manager to oversee and manage water damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, including mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and fire restoration. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
- Must have a driver’s license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Water damage restoration: 1 year
- Management/Leadership Role: 1 year
- Restoration industry: 1 year
- Working knowledge in any of the following is a plus: Xactimate, Mica, Encircle, Symbility, DASH, Xactanalysis (will provide training)
- (PREFFERED) Any IICRC certifications in any of the following areas:
-Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
-Applied microbial remediation
-Water Damage Restoration
-Applied Structural Drying

Duties
- Manage all aspects of water damage restoration projects from initial assessment to completion. This includes coordinating, monitoring, and performing work on every water job.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members as scheduled to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Oversee and manage mitigation process and crew.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for restoration tasks including cleaning, building, and restoring affected areas.
- Oversee mold remediation processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Implement fire restoration techniques as needed for affected properties.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, OSHA, and company policies.
- Hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. On call rotation as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in water damage restoration or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with clean-up processes using power tools and hand tools is required.
- Experience in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
