Propulsion Controls Engineering has a current opening for a Welder Journeyman I , with a minimum of six years of marine and / or shipyard experience, supporting our Bremerton & Everett, Washington locations. PCE is a full service electro-mechanical repair and diesel repair contractor. PCE has garnered a wealth of extensive experience in successfully executing major system overhauls across numerous ports throughout the world on virtually every class of ship currently in operation.
Welder Journeyman Job Summary :
Welder with advanced knowledge of FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and BRAZE and the ability to determine proper weld joint design without Supervision. Performs other related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position.
Job Requirements and Experience :
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Associates Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of marine and / or shipyard experience.
