This role also involves completing project assignments, compiling and presenting technical data for reports, and providing recommendations to address HR program inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with UltiPro HRIS system preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sensitive to handling confidential information
- Flexible, results-driven, and detail-oriented
