POSITION SUMMARY
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues while collaborating with internal teams to address technical needs. Your role is key to ensuring the IT department delivers reliable and efficient technical support.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Respond to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide timely solutions.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and account provisioning.
- Provision workstations and mobile services, ensuring proper configuration and secure deployment.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and reference materials to maintain documentation that meets compliance and auditing needs.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and other IT teams to resolve complex technical matters efficiently.
- Ensure all support processes and documentation align with annual compliance guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
