Position Title: Project Manager II

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Contract Project Manager II opportunity located in Kirkland, WA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to research, plan, and execute projects across the organization.
• Develop project plans, resource management, risk assessment, communications plans and other project documentation as needed.
• Present project status at Executive meetings, and maintain project information in Asana to facilitate self-serve reporting between meetings.
• Excellent stakeholder, sponsor, and team management skills.
• Provides thought leadership with regard to team and organization challenges.
• Advocate best practices, improvements and grow the processes of the PMO.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Proven track record in successfully owning and delivering multiple simultaneous technology projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with all levels of staff to successfully deliver on strategic projects.
• Ability to be a team player and partner with fellow team members towards a common goal.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to bring appropriate visibility to the projects for both technical and non-technical projects
• Solid facilitation skills in a variety of settings and with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and the SDLC using Agile SCRUM
• A passion for taking on new challenges and seeing them through
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to handle tasks on multiple assigned projects
• Positive attitude and advocate for change.
  
  
  

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience with digital transformation projects
• Experience working in a Project Management Office
• Experience using Asana and Atlassian suite for project management
• PMP, Agile, and Six Sigma certifications desired, though not required.
  
  
  

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract
• Location: Kirkland, WA.
• Pay Rate Range: $55-75/hr.
