Protos is seeking a Video Content Producer to join our marketing team. This position will report into the marketing department and will support all brands and services under Protos Security. A successful candidate will create videos and motion graphics for various internal and external campaigns that highlight our capabilities to clients, prospects, vendors and the public, as well as produce internal videos that help to promote company unity and culture. You will work closely with our Creative Director to develop effective multimedia assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality video and visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This role requires expertise in storytelling, motion graphics, video editing and graphic design to captivate audiences and elevate our digital presence.
Education And Experience
This is a full-time remote position with core hours of 9-5 M-F Eastern.
The ideal candidate will be in the Eastern time zone.
Travel: This position is 90% remote work with the expectation of in-person department meetings a few times each year. Attending and assisting with video production events is a requirement. Attending and assisting with industry trade shows is a possibility based on location and experience.

Education And Experience
- 3 years of experience in video production, editing, motion graphics and content creation, preferably in B2B and/or technology environments.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, results-driven video content for a variety of digital platforms.
- Familiarity with social media trends, video formats, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
- Must provide an updated portfolio of the projects undertaken to date.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and understanding of digital media and technologies, including best practices and emerging trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proficiency in with other video/media tools is a plus (Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Audition, etc.)
- Experience with color grading/correcting with to maintain consistent color output.
- Experience with operating professional-grade cameras and studio gear, to include lighting and audio devices.
- Understanding of lighting concepts to enhance the visual quality of video content.
- End-to-end production experience, including scripting, filming, editing and final delivery.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Outstanding attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished, professional content.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams to produce videos that align with Protos Security’s brand voice and business goals.
- Coordinate every stage of production, from generating relevant concepts to delivering completed products. The content produced will be largely corporate short-form videos and motion graphics. These will be used for advertising, social media, and explainer style videos.
- Work with AI tools to assist with video production process. (scripting/outlining, AI video hosts, text-to-speech, AI image and video generation).
- Several opportunities each year to assist with in-person photoshoots and video projects at our offices and on-location events.
- Work to build and organize our own stock video library as well as track final files and source material. Update these materials as our services evolve and software gains functionality.
- Trim and optimize videos to ensure optimal file size and playback quality of video for a variety of target audiences.
- Partner with the marketing communications group to develop scripts and subtitles, occasionally taking this work on as an individual also.
