Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST know Microsoft Office Suite. And will provided administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
-Answer incoming calls and directs calls accordingly.
- Welcome guests and answers questions
-Maintain office supply inventory, including order office supplies.
-Assist with clerical and administrative task such as printing and assembling mailings.
-Schedule weekly calling post announcements both via voicemail and text app.
-Schedule zoom calls for ministries as required.
-Update weekly Bible Study lessons and other assigned duties assigned by the Pastor and
Business Administrator.
-Create calendar of event flyers
-Support church clerk
-Maintain updated calendar of events and provide ministry support.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
