Under general supervision the Food and Nutrition Services Dietary – Lead oversees daily production activities in the acute care and long term care kitchens.

Required qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association
• 2 years Progressively responsible Food and Nutrition Services experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Two years college in Food and Nutrition.
• Upon hire: Dietary Manager Certification
• 1 year In a team mentoring or lead role.
