Providence Staffing is seeking a results-oriented Hourly Recruiter with recruitment and staffing experience to join our best-in-class recruiting and staffing team to deliver top talent to our clients at our office in Phenix City. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

· Execute and help improve nation-wide recruitment strategies that reaches and attracts diverse candidate pools and responds to the overall company’s evolving strategic plan, mission, and vision, and values

· Build close, productive, and effective relationships with hiring managers that enable the team to understand immediate, mid-term, and long-term staffing needs and timelines

· Identify relationships and networking continuously to maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates; maintain pools of qualified diverse candidates in advance of need

· Implement key initiatives and special projects in response to internal business needs and trends within the sector as they arise

· Attend networking events and recruiting events to identify potential employers for our candidate pool

· Create a greater awareness of Providence Staffing’s brand on multiple platforms including social media and job boards.

· Screen applicants via phone or in person

· Perform any other reasonable task assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Must have at least 1 years of recruiting and staffing experience

· Must demonstrate a passion to empower candidates

· Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

· Willingness to work a flexible hours to accommodate staffing deadlines

· Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines

· Extremely process and detail oriented.

· Strong customer service focus

· Adaptability and willingness to learn

Schedule:

The typical schedule for this position will be 9am est- 5pm cst. Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is $15 per hour plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
