The Market Broiler Restaurant brand was launched in Riverside, CA in 1989. The flagship restaurant has earned the coveted Best for Seafood crown for over three decades and is recognized as the The Best Restaurant in Riverside by the readers of the Riverside Press-Enterprise.
Since first opening our doors, six additional Market Broiler / MB Grille locations have been opened throughout California. The Fremont and Huntington Beach locations have been designed with a casual neighborhood feel, while our locations in Orange, Ontario, Simi Valley, and Torrance reveal larger, higher traffic versions of Market Broiler with an entertainment vibe.
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders who possess a heart for hospitality and who take pride in providing the ultimate guest experience!
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 6 months previous Bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Sanitation, and safety procedures
- Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate.
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
