This role will support the Senior Designer and Design Director in day-to-day tasks and seasonal projects. Key responsibilities include participation in fittings, creating and compiling design data for tech packs, and collaborating across departments to ensure timely project completion. Staying informed on sales trends and market dynamics is also essential. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of elevated women’s design experience, is knowledgeable in PLM systems, and has strong skills in developing sketch boards and uploading images.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of design experience, with a focus on soft wovens and hand sketching.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Fashion Design.
- Proficiency in creating tech packs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with contemporary or luxury women’s fashion trends.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
