Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at PTI Health, a leading provider of clinical laboratory services to homebound patients in DE, PA, NJ, CT, and NY. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our laboratory services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, have excellent communication skills, and be highly motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and prospect new leads within the healthcare industry, including physicians' offices, medical practices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations over the phone, via video conferencing, or in person to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our clinical laboratory services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, follow-ups, and account management.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track all interactions, manage sales pipelines, and update client records. Monitor sales metrics to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the laboratory operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients. Coordinate with customer service for post-sale support.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to effectively present products and services to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales success
- Familiarity with clinical laboratory services and healthcare industry terminology is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
- $40,000 with 200% bonus potential
