Position: Part-Time Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Pierce County, Washington
Salary: $53-60 an hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
- Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
- Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Home Health agency experience required
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
