- Measure, mark, and cut panels according to the scope of work using tape measures, straight edges, utility knives, and power saws
- Secure and hang panels with glue, nails, screws
- Patch, trim, and smooth out any rough edges or spots
- Apply tape and sealing compound as needed
- The ability to match existing texture is essential
- Sand areas as necessary for a smooth, seamless finish
- Prepare and paint walls and other surfaces as directed by the scope of work
- Familiarity with minor electrical work
- The ability to complete minimal plumbing tasks correctly
- Experience with varying types of finish work
- Experience with plumbing
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools is required
- Ability to lift 80 pounds
- Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background screening, insurable driving record, and pre-employment drug screening
