About the role
We’re building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. Pylon is a tool that thousands of users spend most of their day in.

We're hiring fullstack, frontend, and backend engineers. We work with React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS.
You'll join a strong technical team of senior engineers from places like Samsara, Affinity, and Airbnb.

Just like how Zendesk made email scalable in a support context, Mailchimp made email scalable in a marketing context, and Salesforce & Outreach made email scalable in a sales context, Pylon is making chat scalable across customer-facing functions.
We most often replace Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Traction : Have hundreds of paying customers and are growing 15% MoM.
Funding : In addition to investment from Y Combinator and General Catalyst, we just announced our $17m Series A led by a16z!
