Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Adult Learning Principles ,Articulate 360 stack (Storyline AND Rise) ,Experience creating Qualtric surveys.
- Bachelors or equivalent with 2 years of experience or Masters with instructional design or related field.
- 2 years of experience in instructional design and content development of online learning, classroom learning, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
- Creation of learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
- Evaluation of learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
- Ability to multi-task, manage own workload, and maintain flexibility in a work environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to translate content from subject matter experts to meaningful experiences on how associates can be developed.
- Collaborating with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Ability to travel.
