Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5 years of experience managing data center infrastructure, facilities, or operations.
Strong understanding of data center technologies, including power, cooling, structured cabling, and network systems.
Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and implementing data center security protocols.
Proficient in vendor and project management, with a track record of successful infrastructure upgrades or expansions.
Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms for data center infrastructure.
Certification in Data Center Management (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, or similar).
Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments.
