QorTek is seeking an accomplished Technician (Please read Central Responcibilities and Requirements). As an accomplished technician, the candidate will work closely with other technicians, engineers, and program managers to accomplish daily electronic manufacturing tasks. CENTRAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate various machines and equipment associated with tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Perform production assembly tasks including but not limited to products, test fixtures, soldering, rework, and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Build electronic units which may include prototypes and final products.
• Perform calibration and adjustment of assemblies and electronic products, equipment, and controls.
• Perform quality inspections
• Work alongside technicians, engineers, and program managers to complete tasking.
• Interact with Office 365 to process data.
• Interact with computer to follow assembly process.
• Initiate and maintain accurate paperwork and records as required.
• Daily cleanup of assigned work areas.
• Machine maintenance
• All other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Detail oriented individual.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in soldering and rework.
• Ability to work effectively under a microscope.
• Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions, technical manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Ability to solve practical problems and/or interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule.
• Ability to communicate with managers, supervisors, and leads.
• IPC J-Standard preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• US citizenship
