Quality Care of TN is looking for competent personal care assistants to support aging adults in their everyday lives. We are currently looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions in the Blount, Knox, and Loudon Counties. Both day shifts and night shifts are currently available.

We are currently looking to start new caregivers between $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Quality Care of TN is a non-medical care company, no certification or licenses are required and all training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive their medication on time
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
• Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
• Cook meals according to the client's diet
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support
• Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
