Responsibilities
- The Team Leader helps coordinate staff schedules, reports on operational metrics and assists staff in implementing changes to procedures.
- Organize schedules
- Maintain contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc.
- The Team Leader conducts regular observations and shares appropriate feedback and provides onboarding and continuous training of QHC staff.
- The Team Leader will be responsible for filling in when shifts are short at SHORT NOTICE
- Reports to office manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must be able to be a Critical Thinker with Problem-Solving Skills
- Must have 2-3 year of proven Home health Management /Team Lead in the healthcare field
- Must have great Organization, Attention to Detail, Time-Management, Interpersonal & communication skills.
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL-LOCALLY
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse patient population.
- Ideal candidate must be a people person, compassionate, hardworking and goal driven
