We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing organization. The role will work closely with other members of the Finance Team and across the organization. This role will focus on consolidation, intercompany accounting, and fixed assets.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain fixed assets system, post depreciation, and prepare required schedules and supporting documentation
• Analyze construction-in progress accounts and maintain details by specific project
• Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation
• Prepare and enter monthly allocations
• Manage the monthly submission process from international subsidiaries. Analyze results as they are submitted and identify accounting issues for resolution and correction. Discuss unusual trends with local accounting resources
• Prepare drafts of consolidated financial statements
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations. Review and analyze supporting schedules. Analyze general ledger accounts for interim, monthly and year-end closings. Review monthly trial balance and detail general ledger
• Prepare and post general and standard journal entries as required
• Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX
• Provide support as required for annual audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors.
• Assist with projects as needed

• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Good planning and organization skills
• Good interpersonal skills, is able to work with others in a team environment, but also work independently as well
• Advanced MS Excel skills

Minimum Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of U.S. GAAP
