Mission:
Quantum Research Intl is seeking a motivated Earned Value Management System Analyst will provide support to Business Office and Program teams in the training, deployment and implementation of EVMS for programs. The analyst will support teams through the preparation and startup of a broad base of programs with both external and internal EVMS requirements
Responsibilities:
- Gathering project data from various sources like timesheets, cost reports, and progress updates
- Performing quality checks to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to calculate key EVM metrics such as Earned Value, Planned Value, Actual Cost, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance
- Identify and analyze deviations from the project baseline plan (budget and schedule)
- Determine the root causes of variances (scope changes, resource issues)
- Ability to assess the potential impact of variances on project outcomes
- Utilizing EVM data to predict future project performance, including estimated completion dates and final costs
- Generating regular performance reports for project stakeholders, including management summaries highlighting key insights and trends
- Other duties as assigned and relates to the company contract and mission
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field of study
- 2 years of experience in Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
- Strong Analytical ability
- Experience with DCMA data-driven surveillance metrics and associated tools and processes
- Experience with deployment of business system tools and processes in an EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management environment
- Strong EVMS experience and Cost and Schedule Management Skills
- Proficient in Deltek Cobra or Schedule Risk Assessment software tools
- US Citizenship is required
