Responsibilities
You will participate and learn important skills in real-world situations that can be applied to your career beyond the classroom to include, but not be limited to:
- Industry Knowledge: health insurance products, regulations, competitors, recent news
- Professional Skills: communication, time management, workplace etiquette, and product management
- Learn professional application and develop fluency in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
- Explore the following health insurance lines of business, through a rotational opportunity: Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, Commercial products
- Support product-related data submissions to regulators, assist with file and data feeds, and communicate with customers across each product line
- Conduct market research on the competitive landscape positioning, learn product-specific key performance indicators and support product performance reviews
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in health insurance, product management, and/or project management as a possible career path
- Ability to work 40 hours a week from June to August 2025
- Seeking a student pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- Preferred Majors: Business, Product Management, Project Management, or related majors

Applicants have the option to work hybrid or full-time from one of our offices in Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
