Pay: $22/hr
Location: Downtown Atlanta - fully in office
Duties
- Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
- Provide product information, including pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
