Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this role will increase quality ABA referrals to Quest Kids Therapy through building lasting relationships with referring physician’s offices and through engaging community outreach. They are adept at forging strong relationships with a diverse range of people within the community. They are process oriented and adept at using a CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Blackbaud) to track and manage relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships in the pediatric health care sector on an individual and organizational level.
- Community outreach and education – provide engagement opportunities for doctors, medical admin staff and families
- Create weekly and monthly “routes” to various health care settings for outreach activities
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for contacts and cadence of outreach
- Become a subject matter expert on organization’s clientele, mission and goals in order to further business objectives
- Establish recorded and live Q&A sessions to be used on website, social, etc.
- Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to understand the needs and goals of the organization and its partners
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field and on changes and trends that may affect the organization and its partners
- Coordinate with Marketing on collateral, digital and merchandising needs
- Regular travel between Tampa and Orlando
- Attend all required training and monthly staff meetings.
- Follow all Quest policies and procedures.
- Employees are required to report serious issues to the employee hotline or to a Quest leader under the See Something Say Something policy.
- Management reserves the right to revise the job or to request that other or different tasks be performed as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior sales, customer relationship management or community outreach experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with pediatrician and ABA referring offices to increase quality ABA referrals
- Ability to source and manage leads and opportunities through a CRM
- Ability to build in-person relationships in both the Orlando and Tampa market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM or relationship tracking system
- Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in psychology, marketing or communications
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
