What are the responsibilities and job description for the Criminal Justice Teacher position at Questar III BOCES?
Starting immediately - Questar III BOCES has a vacancy for a full-time probationary Criminal Justice Teacher located at our Columbia Greene Educational Center in Hudson, NY. This position will instruct a comprehensive academic study of the entire criminal justice system, including but not limited to: law enforcement, forensics, courts, corrections, and private security.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Career and Technical Education (CTE) Teacher certification required in Public and Private Security (experience in the criminal justice field may qualify an applicant to receive temporary certification while working towards the proper NYS teacher certificate). Preferred candidates will have experience working with adolescents in an educational setting.
