Role Description
With every enterprise becoming a technology company, a significant part of the spend is moving towards areas of change which brings together aspects of technology transformation with Operating model transformation, leading to business transformation. Through all this change, there is a need to constantly work closely on a consultative basis with customers in this journey to become their partner in their transformation journey. As a Technology Partner, we are looking for a person who can own the customer’s transformation journey and brings a good blend of deep technology expertise, delivery experience, ability to manage customer relationships and be excellent in articulating a vision and delivering on the change they are seeking in their business and more so IT.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support to our Client Partners: Lead ideation for opportunities identified based on market opportunity and internal capability
- Lead Technical Customer interactions: Understand current roadmap, technical architecture and strategic technical priorities
- Convert Business problem into technology implications and build high level integrated roadmaps to deliver business impact
- Lead the technical proposal build by integrating the best of Quinnox and its partners.
- Guide solutions architects to design and build solution blueprint which meets the clients technical needs
- Build credibility and conviction in technical solution:
- Dedicate effort to collating best practices and creating reusable assets.
- Drive thought leadership, engage with Analysts, advisors and client experts/architects
- Make sure that there is smooth transition to delivery and execution by being part of the Seller-Doer lifecycle
- Renovate dormant accounts
- Build solutioning squads and differentiated SMEs
- Working with partners for specific opportunities
- Success Metrics: Net new, Qualified Pipeline generated; win ratio’s, Order booking, Referenceability, Utlization, Account Penetration for our Offerings, Profitable growth in revenues
Experience
- Specialised in Enterprise technologies and integrated capability with a bias towards Digital, Cloud and AI. Latest certifications in the space.
- Frontline pre-sales technical experience to be able to drive the RFP responses and end-end solutions
- Has breadth of knowledge and strong experience in solution architecture, driving integrated deal solutioning and proactive opportunity shaping
- Client experience across roles spanning, delivery, sales, solutioning, practice etc. So that there is an appreciation for an integrated view of functions
- Experience and Bias towards consultative selling
- Should have been part of customers technology transformation journey and experience in advising customers in that journey
