Qualifications
· Administrative/Clerical Experience required
· Microsoft office experience
· Demonstrates excellent communication skills
· Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
· Must be 18 years or older
· Must adhere to company screenings
· Must have a valid Driver’s License
· Requires basic office work, including sitting, walking, bending and operating office equipment.
· Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
· Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5:00 PM
· Position Responsibilities for the Construction Admin.
· Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs
· Maintaining construction job client files
· Creating and submitting job specific submittals
· Contract Administration – Coordinates and submits prime contact, bonds, contract modifications and insurance.
· Provides and collects startup and close-out documentation.
· Maintains the current status and/or tracking data for all contracts, insurance and change orders and communicates this information to the project team.
· Other duties as assigned.
