Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera.

- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Oversee construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, contract negotiation, and management.
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with software such as Primavera for scheduling and Bluebeam for document management.
