Pay: $24/hr
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
A/R Clerk Summary:
Effectively handle the accounts receivable function for assigned branches and/or customers. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments.
A/R Clerk Job Description:
- Accurately performs financial transactions
- Processes incoming payments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all payments are accounted for and posted correctly.
- Prepares invoices and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generates financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Facilitates invoice payments by sending reminders and contacting clients for past due invoices.
- Two years accounting experience preferred.
- Experience using current hardware and software including Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
