R&R Tool Inc. is a contract machine shop located in Blanchester, Ohio that specializes in medical manufacturing with tight-tolerance precision parts. R&R Tool Inc. is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician.
Hours are M-Th 6:00am - 4:30pm or
M-Th 4:30pm - 3:00am
Pay is competitive, based on experience. Will train. Shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.75.
Overall Description: Providing support to Quality Assurance by performing in-process floor audits and assisting on final inspection and sorting parts. Must be able to read and understand a blueprint.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Must have an understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality processes.
- Conduct daily in-process floor audits
- Conduct first piece inspections.
- Conduct final inspections.
- Assure that parts meet print specifications both dimensionally and visually.
- Assist Quality Assurance personnel and fellow employees when needed.
- Ensure the growth of the company and to help foster a quality attitude.
- Must be able to write and document information clearly.
- Must know how to read and understand a blue print.
- Must have an understanding of measurement theory and processes.
- Must become proficient on all inspection tasks assigned.
- Perform any other task management deems necessary or needed by the company.
Desirable Attributes:
- Must be able to read and use micrometers / calipers.
- Must be able to read and use a vision system and CMM.
- Must be able to read and use a height gauge.
- Must be able to read and use a comparator.
- Must be able to use gauges efficiently.
