Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with Dispatching experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service / dispatching support and assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone systems to assist customers effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Other administrative and dispatch duties as needed
Required:
Must have reliable transportation.
A plus if you have a background in HVAC residential or commercial.
MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE / DISPATCH EXPERIENCE
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Pay Rate: $16-$20 hourly
Location: Onsite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
