Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

• Supervise and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable function, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
• Oversee cash management and the relation with our bank
• Execute the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing activities for all in the accounting system, including:
• Prepare and post monthly recurring journal entries
• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts to subledger
• Submit and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Maintain and update fixed asset records and depreciation schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with the CFO to ensure all accounting processes and procedures are thoroughly documented and followed.
• Prepare, file and pay monthly sales tax report in the various states we have nexus
• Prepare with the help of the CFO the required documentation for quarterly income tax payments as well as the preparation of annual tax return
• Coordinate with external auditors the yearly financial audit

Profile

Know The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Experience with month-end closing procedures, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Ability to adapt to changing departmental needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
