The PMP has several years of experience managing drug discovery projects in collaboration with external partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The PMP manages multiple projects within large programs sponsored by BIH aimed the discovery of investigational medicines.
The programs are external collaboration with startups and academic institutions.
The projects range from short-lived work streams to multi-months endeavors in support of the programs.
The PMP works with the Innovation Lead to drive the program, managing all stakeholders.
The PMP develops, maintains, and catalyzes the implementation of the project management plan.
The PMP maintains the program and project timelines, and their assumptions and associated risks.
The PMP proactively supports the project teams in addressing and managing issues, action items, decisions.
The PMP implements and champions the implementation of best meeting management and documentation practices.
The PMP deploys fit-for-purpose approaches predictive, hybrid, agile, etc. to manage the programs and projects.
