Solar Crew Lead / Journeyman

Radix is on a mission to create a bright future for families, so they can live a life powered by purpose, for generations to come. Radix is looking for a Solar Crew Lead Journeyman to join our Residential Installation team in Idaho Falls.

Job Duties

• Serve as the head of PV Solar installation
• Ability to train, mentor, and oversee others
• Ability to bend pipe, tie the solar system into the main service panel, assemble and commission inverter (central and micro inverters), and PV solar system.
• Review & implement PV plans for roof, electrical, and panel layout.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies.
• Attend mandatory team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Licensed Electrician
• Able to lift solar panels and heavy equipment up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school education or equivalent
• 2 years of Solar experience
• Previous crew lead experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
