Job Description:
RBE is currently seeking applications for skilled laborers.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Building and disassembling various temporary structures.
- Digging trenches, backfilling holes and various other tasks that involve hand tools and small equipment.
- Assisting tradespeople with their various duties and tasks.
- Report directly to project superintendent
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by RBE and OSHA.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience operating heavy equipment required.
- 1 years of heavy civil construction experience required.
- Must be signatory, or willing to join, the Heavy Construction Laborers 663 Union.
- OSHA-10 required.
- Must always have high safety awareness.
- Willing & able to travel around the greater Springfield area to various job site locations.
- Must be able to work efficiently on a team.
