Job Summary: RailPros is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing and graphics team, driving all aspects of marketing initiatives.. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for event coordination, logistics and communication, , promotional item procurement, , and print collateral development and maintenance to support firm-wide marketing strategies. This role will also interface frequently with the business development and corporate communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing and graphics teams to support all marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic marketing support to the business development team, which may include market research, competitor analyses, and customer retention strategies.
- Develop and manage an annual marketing program, including event planning, corporate sponsorships, and organizational objectives alignment.
- Direct marketing communications, including the design, distribution, and oversight of all marketing collateral.
- Support the proposal management team, as needed, to ensure adequate coverage and development of full proposals for targeted clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through collaboration and strategic direction.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving expertise at both strategic and operational levels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives and diverse teams.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create impactful marketing materials.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in marketing leadership and team management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in Marketing, Business Development, Proposals, or Graphics department
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with an AEC firm
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- CPSM designation is desirable or may be attained during employment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises the proposal managers, marketing coordinators/assistants, and graphic design team.
