Summary:
To lead and engage a 6-8 person staff of various roles and responsibilities. To manage the operation of the HIM department ensuring that all functions are completed in accordance with the philosophy and goals of the Medical Center, and are within the requirements of all regulatory groups, external accrediting agencies and licensing bodies. Serves as the Privacy Officer for RLMC.
