Raise is hiring for our key client in the Legal industry and is looking for an additional Contact Center Agent (Remote/Bring Your Own Device) for their team.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. on W2
Work Type: Remote
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST and 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Training: Training is 4 days. Day 5 is Mock Calling and Day 1 of Academy. Agents go live on 9/20.

Duration: 12-month contract (with possible extension and conversion)
Job Overview:
- The Company Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquires and claims.
- The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, and processing email, chat, and callback interactions.
- For Tactical Team members, they will be responsible to review agent phone notes daily for any corrections needed and approve check reissue requests to meet SLA requirements from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
- Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
- Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
- Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

- HS Diploma/GED.
Requirements:
- Must have your own computer or laptop with reliable internet access (Bring Your Own Device).
- Minimum 2 monitors required.
- Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps speed, 5 Mbps and jitter of below 10.
- Quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
