Responsibilities
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient breakfast service.
- Oversee daily hotel breakfast buffet operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of food.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine breakfast menus.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new kitchen staff as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting.
