10-20 years of practical experience in a machine shop environment which includes programming and use of CNC mills and lathes as well as manual machines.
5-10 years experience as supervisor, foreman or other lead role in a precision machining shop.
Experience with Mazak CNC lathes a strong plus.
Experience fabricating, building and assembling prototypes.
Ability to perform complex arithmetic and trigonometry calculations.
Familiarity with tool steels and their selection.
