Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, projects, and markets within the construction industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales experience required
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and market trends.
- Demonstrate an informative and professional attitude when working with contractors, customers, and co-workers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and a commitment to details.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Hubspot).

Education: A bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising/sales, or marketing specialization is preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, Microsoft Office, CRM, and Lead Generation Software.
