Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit procedures if required
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Utilize hospitality management software for reservations and guest information
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, front desk operations, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual)
- Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
