Rancho Lewis is seeking a professional, passionate individual who thrives on leading and guiding teams to exceptional results. We need a motivated and organized GM with the skills to maintain company standards in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
General Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop outstanding guest relationships and experiences.
- Foster an environment that addresses staff and guests concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies for improved restaurant efficiency and goal achievement.
- Lead and direct both hourly and salaried team members to achieve the best results possible.
- Navigate & troubleshoot POS system.
- Foster a respectful, collaborative and inclusive team environment for all staff.
- Financial success of the business.

This position requires 5 shifts worked per week, resulting in approximately 50-55 hours.
Shifts run from 9AM-7PM, 11AM-9PM, or 3PM-Close (approx. 11PM).
Schedule will be a mixture of these shifts.
Open availability is needed.

Experience
- 2 years GM experience, or at least 3 years restaurant management experience
