responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HA and DR solutions for all databases
• Capacity planning for large and dynamic highly transactional databases
• Drive and oversee workload analysis, performance benchmarking, and troubleshooting performance issues
• Design, implement and maintain database security and data encryption polices to meet company's regulatory standards
• Sharing your expertise of Data Management philosophies and applying them to enhance existing and to-be architectures

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
