Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive guests, customers, vendors, and staff members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Portray a professional and positive attitude; work attire shall be in accordance with Dress Code Policy.
- Answers, transfers, and screens incoming phone calls.
- Receive, log, and distribute mail, faxes, deliveries, etc.; insures distribution to the appropriate person or location.
- Follows security protocols for visitors by having them sign-in and receive a visitor's badge. Ensure all visitors are escorted by personnel.
- Liaison with building property management as requested
- Ensures the front reception area is neat and orderly i.e., boxes, mail, papers, flyers, etc. neatly stacked away from walkways, isles, desks, ledges, etc.; personal items neatly stored away
- Supports office activities, marketing events, office meetings, and holiday parties as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
