Crusher Operator

Job Description
The ideal candidate will operate a crushing and screening plant while maximizing material production and minimizing plant interruptions and/or breakdowns.

• Perform area housekeeping to include tasks such as shoveling, using fire hose, skid steer, and digging
• Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Operating heavy equipment to load materials into a crusher
• Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and regular service on crushing and screening equipment daily as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

To be considered, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Requirements

• Three (3) years’ experience
• Previous Crusher Operator Experience
• Previous experience operating a 988 loader
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be willing to travel to different locations within Phoenix and the surrounding areas
• Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
