Job Description
Skilled technician who safely performs diagnostic, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance on diesel and gasoline vehicles, including haul trucks, excavator, wheel loader, and other vehicles to maximize safe and productive operations.
- Maintains a clean working environment.
- Collects and interprets analyses from oil sampling.
- Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Visually inspect, equipment, or machines.
- Reads and interprets equipment repair orders, communicate with supervisor.
- Completes paperwork associated with preventative maintenance activities.
- General systems maintenance
- Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements
- Three (3) years mechanical experience
- A valid CDL Driver’s License
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
- Must be dependable and report to work on time
- Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground
