The Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, as well as ensuring
that it meets safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems required.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems to ensure proper
- functioning.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues or malfunctions in equipment and systems.
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems.
- Conduct tests and calibrations to verify equipment performance and accuracy.
- Install, assemble, and dismantle equipment and systems as required.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including the use of computerized maintenance
- management systems (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and technologies to provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers or end-users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
